Software:

We have software from leading software producer to aid in the design of fool proof assembly system for security printing. The software available with us enables creation of designs for security printing. The complexity of designs combined with aesthetically pleasing effect makes them suitable for security design. An easy and comprehensive user interface on our software permits creation of unique security prints. Our software allow the generation of the following:

The designs generated from the computer controlled and programmed equipment are difficult to be counterfeited or colour copied. This imported machine can produce infinite number of Guilloche patterns (graphic elements) including raster designs, numismatics with varying line modulations, rosettes, designs with relief engraving and many security features which can be hidden in the background designs.

Machinery

The printing wing has a battery of high speed multi colour web offset machines, capable of running continuously for three shifts a day. While three machines are capable of printing six colours, other two machines are of 4 colours. All machines are capable of printing offset designs on both sides together with numbering in single pass. All the high security jobs are normally taken on a highly sophisticated Stevens Graphics web offset machine, imported from USA. It has 4 printing units and 2 numbering units for numbering of MICR/Non MICR/Bar Code. Any one or both the numbering units can be modified for printing dry offset designs with polymer/Nylo plates. This will enable to print special security features, visible or invisible in the documents. The machine is having a maximum speed of 35000 impressions per hour in the format size of 52 x 60 cms. The machine has a facility to receive the end product  either in reels or sheets or folded as continuous stationery. Perforation can be obtained both vertically and horizontally. 

The machine is ideally suited for quality printing as it has several in built electronic controls for achieving quality and precision. High print quality can also be attributed to its special alcohol dampening system. Running web print quality can be checked with its in built stroboscope. The machine is provided with Ink Agitators which maintain the required temperature for enabling uniform ink flow. All these features ensure consistent quality to the products. 

Facility

Our print factory is situated in an Industrial area on the outskirts of Hyderabad City, close to Hyderabad – Mumbai Highway. It occupies a civil construction of 14000 square feet, accommodating pre printing (Design & Process), Printing and Post Printing (Checking, Collating, Binding and Packing) operations under one roof. 

The Factory meets all the requirements of a security organisation. It is protected by a boundary wall/ barbed wire 15 feet high. All the entrance/ exit gates are guarded by security men all the time. All the activities in the printing and working areas are watched through Closed Circuit TV at three places. Movements are regulated by punch cards. 

The company has its own power generation unit of 125 KVA, to overcome the vagaries of power supply. A separate godown is available for storing security paper. The company has its own vehicle for servicing urgent deliveries. 

To meet the ever-growing demands, the Company is establishing a second unit at a prime centre of the city. It is located in Cyberabad, Hyderabad. It is a two storied concrete construction of nearly 50,000 square feet, having all the modern amenities. It is situated in a 5-acre area surrounded with greenery. 

Workforce

The company has on its rolls dedicated and most experienced officers, staff and   workmen. The qualified  and  well  trained workmen and the shop floor affairs  are managed  by Mr.S.S.V. Krishna Rao, who has four decades of experience in currency/security printing in Government of India and Reserve Bank of India organisations. He has also gained considerable experience abroad for finding security solutions. He represented India at several national and International Conferences on security printing and also authored many books / articles. He was awarded patent for his inventions.
