Production Premises:
kl hi-tech has two production facilities, one at IDA, Bollaram, Medak Dist. with a floor area of about 60,000 sq. fts., and the second facility at Hi-tech City, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy Dist. with a floor area of about 60,000 sq. fts., with clear demarking areas at each facility for Pre-press, Production, Post Production, Dispatch and Raw Material Storage.
Equipment:
kl hi-tech is equipped with state-of-the-art offset as well as digital printing equipment from Belgium, Germany and USA, facilitating printing of high quality secure and confidential documents. This equipment works in a dust free air-conditioned atmosphere maintaining highest standards of safety and security. The production area is under constant electronic surveillance.
Pre-Press
To achieve outstanding reproduction of your printing jobs, we use cutting edge scanning and image setting equipment. The latest electronic hardware, software and peripherals used in conjugation with a highly skilled and motivated workforce enable us to handle all your digital data processing and conversion needs.
Design
Our prepress professionals use the latest software and work on high end MACs and PCs. The use of these high-end systems enables us to achieve quality, speed and accuracy in designing the artworks. CtP
To achieve outstanding reproduction of your printing jobs, we have adopted the latest technology, to use thermal plates in place of conventional ps plates. The recently installed CtP, Kodak Trendsetter 400 and the thermal plate processor used in conjugation with a highly skilled and motivated workforce enable us to handle all your jobs efficiently.

The machine is capable of delivering the output in three modes, viz., Folded forms, A3/A4 Cut sheets and Roll. The unique re-insertion facility helps in producing the documents with more features
Web-Tech Xplore-D: A nine color variable size web offset printing machine with facility for serial numbering during the process of printing. It is capable of delivering 0.50 million Provincial ballots per day.
Mark – 62: Kl hi-tech has seven numbers of the multi color web offset machine which has facility for serial numbering during the process of printing. These versatile web offset printing machines have proven track record of printing large volume numbered documents, facilitating a delivery capacity of 0.30 million Provincial ballots per day per machine.
Steven Graphics MS1000: An USA made multi color web offset printing machine with facility for web reinsertion after printing on one side of the paper. With its online serial numbering facility, it can deliver 1.0 million Presidential Ballots per day.
